M12 Solutions Inc sends transactional SMS text messages to customers who have booked an appointment through one of our service-scheduling platforms and have provided express written consent to receive them.
How customers opt in
Customers provide express written consent to receive SMS in one of two ways:
- By entering their mobile number and checking a clearly labeled SMS consent box when they book an appointment online; or
- By providing their mobile number and verbally agreeing to receive appointment notifications when scheduling a service directly with the business.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
What messages customers receive
All messages are transactional and relate to an appointment the customer has scheduled. Examples:
"Hi John, confirming your appointment tomorrow at 9:00 AM. Reply YES to confirm, STOP to opt out."
"Your service team is on the way and will arrive shortly. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Your service has started. We will notify you when it is complete. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
"Your service is complete. Thank you! Reply STOP to opt out."
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies and is recurring, typically up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
How to opt out
